Couch Side Table

I receive emails about local garage and estate sales. Last week I saw that a community near us was having their annual neighborhood garage sale. We assumed everything would be close by but as we were driving through there were so many houses and many side streets that it went off from the main road. We knew what we were looking for and what we were not looking for (clothes). As we drove down the road I would look at what they had, as best I could some had them inside their garage so you could not tell from the road. I would say that has potential or just clothes that way we knew which ones to stop at when we turned around. Most of them were clothes and knick knacks, neither of which we were looking for. We got out a few, there were some kitchen chairs that would help if we ever needed more chairs but they were asking too much for them. At the last sale we stopped at they had a great antique dresser, but they were asking $300 for it, which is probably a fair price but not what we were looking for or willing to spend. We actually had gone out with no cash and intended to tell them that we would be back with cash if we found anything. Daniel really liked a table that had some stuff on it and asked how much it was, the lady told us $10. We stood looking at it for a couple minutes discussing if we would keep it on its wheels, if we would keep it the color so on, fully intending to pay her the $10. We turned away from it and the lady came up and said if you guys really like it I could give it to you for $5. That was how much Daniel had in his wallet so without hesitation said we'll take it.

We decided to just seal it and leave it as is for now. We think it will be a great piece and are very excited
